  5. 1 - 1 1/2 lb. fresh okra
  6. 1/2 cup cornmeal
  7. 1/2 cup cracker meal
  8. Vegetable oil
  9. Adobo salt to taste
  10. 2 eggs beaten
Instructions
  1. Wash okra and cut off tips and stem ends. Cut okra crosswise into 1/2 in. slices. Roll okra in egg, then in meal mix. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain well on paper towels.
